Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment life cycle for the specific Business group. He/she will partner with the business, as well as the Talent Community Manager, on all recruiting issues.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 60% Develop and establish and Execute recruiting strategies and processes to attract, acquire and retain talent.
• Partner with the Director, Talent Branding to drive social media recruiting strategies within the business.
• 20% Build and maintain proactive partnerships with the business in order to better understand their business, managing their staffing needs and budget.
• Execute creative recruitment and sourcing activities including, but not limited to: direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet-based and social media recruiting, vendor management, diversity, and outreach to appropriate trade and industry organizations.
• Manage new hire offer process and ensure compensation packages are competitive with market and industry standards.
• 20% Partner with HR Community Manager to creatively develop, execute, and/or assist with a variety of staffing projects and initiatives.
• Represent Horizon Media at job fairs and conferences. Seek opportunities to focus on immersion in the industry.

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Minimum 5-7 years of high volume recruiting experience at all levels, ideally in the media or a related industry
• Extensive sourcing experience, using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research and personal networks.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility and create partnerships at all levels within the company.
• Exceptional interpersonal, social and communication skills with strong business acumen and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing recruitment-oriented projects and initiatives.
• The ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency, while working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automated applicant tracking tools, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
