Senior Strategist, WHERE
Job Summary
This position is designed to support the Manager, Channel Insights. Direct collaboration with brand strategists is crucial to assist with strategy development and pinpoint appropriate resources to deliver on client objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Brand Teams in the application of HMI’s Channel Planning process and resources 25%
• Peer support for HMI’s resource suites (syndicated and proprietary) 15%
• Assist Brand Teams in implementing HMI Insights and findings 10%
• New business contribution to tool resources and application 15%
• Interact, assess and influence WHERE group initiatives 5%
• Recognize areas of Insights opportunity for HMI (via interaction with Brand Teams) 5%
• Assist in on-boarding media resources to include schedule maintenance, facilitating sessions, training and developing user guides for Brand teams 10%
• Increase awareness and usage of our tools into brand teams 10%
• Create opportunities for monetization by pitching our revenue-generating resources (IZONSM, BrandRatingsSM, etc.) 5%
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manage the Assistant, Channel Insights to ensure productivity and skill development
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Excellent understanding of media math and media planning concepts
• Ability to master HMI’s core channel planning tools and resources
