The Director of Programmatic Ad Campaign Management is responsible for overseeing all programmatic ad buying done on behalf of Altice USA and its clients. This individual will work with team leads, internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure accurate and scalable delivery of campaigns across all verticals. He/she will also be a leading driver in ensuring Altice USA remains at the forefront of the programmatic landscape.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic media buying across all devices and formats. Additionally, this individual will have experience with other aspects of digital advertising including Paid Search, Social, Ad Serving and Site Analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of programmatic buyers and managers responsible for the day to day delivery of programmatic campaigns
• Work in close conjunction with the Sales and Client Service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Serve as the programmatic subject matter expert in client meetings as well as with internal leadership
• Accountability for campaign results, including measurement of KPIs, pacing and setup accuracy
• Act as an escalation point for any and all campaign issues
• Manage workload across the programmatic buying team to ensure balance and efficiency
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies related to training, process development and platform management
• Lead relationships with key external platforms
• Continuously enhance the programmatic media buying strategy to ensure positive outcomes
• Develop a comprehensive hiring strategy that maximizes efficiency and scale
• Thoughtful team leadership focused on the professional development of direct reports
• Evaluate new platforms and tools
• B.S./B.A. or MBA, in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 10+ years in programmatic media buying with a record of increasing responsibilities
• 2+ years of management experience
• Expertise in and history of buying across the digital media landscape including programmatic, SEM and social
• Proficiency with ad servers and site analytics tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment across multiple channels, clients and numerous ad hoc requests
• Excellent communication skills with the specific ability to break down complex topics for groups with varying backgrounds
