Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven sales support experience and be relentless in moving projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the internal workflow of sales activity generated by Premion’s Chicagobased Regional Sales team. Your primary focus is to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
This includes:
• Pre-Sales/RFP development with creation of presentations that can be delivered as complete solutions achieving clients’ needs; partner with Marketing to gather information appropriate for clients’ KPIs
• Ensuring completion and compliance with new advertiser/credit policies with Finance
• Managing campaigns from order entry, gathering client deliverables and creating follow up reporting in collaboration with Account Management
• Verifying orders in billing system in advance of invoice preparation
• Communicate with clients and act as a reliable customer service contact
• Monitor and audit accuracy of order entry through delivery to provide process analysis in tandem with Account Management
• Work cross-functionally with Pre and Post Sales teams to ensure fulfillment of client campaigns and that overarching agency agreements are met
• Input and develop CRM database for respective region
• Meet consistently internally across teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
• Assist Regional Sales Director in special projects as assigned
• As capacity allows, the Sales Coordinator may also participate in lead generation on behalf of their assigned Regional team
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing or Journalism preferred)
• 1-3 years of sales support, marketing and customer service experience (digital media, media sales, or Ad Agency experience preferred.)
• Experience in creating presentations and marketing collateral
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software is a plus
• Knowledge of Strata and Mediaocean is extremely beneficial
• Working knowledge of Wide Orbit preferred

• Desire to learn the sales process
• A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing a high volume of activity
• Must be a dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, “can do” attitude
• Detail oriented and maintain a consistent level of accuracy in all related work
• Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively in a timely manner
• Sharp communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over phone and through email
• Understanding of the OTT eco-system and ad serving environment a major plus
