IMG Models NY is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join the accounting team. This position requires a candidate with both analytical and quantitative skills. This professional will be in a very dynamic setting and must be able to work independently as well as work in a team environment. Must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds. This position will heavily interact with the Revenue Recognition Manager, AP Manager, and will report directly to the controller.
Essential Functions:
• Manage a team of billers/collectors (both onshore and offshore) to ensure that all invoicing, expense rebills, customer collections, and proper coding are done
• Accounts receivable processing
• Answer queries from customers and clients in a timely manner
• Maintain general ledger accounts (unapplied cash & A/R Rebills among others)
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
• Assist controller in special projects
• Provide/review reporting of the following:
• Bad Debt Accounting
• Customer & Model Debt Analysis
-Expense Rebills for clients/managers
-Customer Collection Aging Report

• SAP knowledge preferred
• Managing experience
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Pleasant phone manner
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
• Ability to work with all levels of employees
