Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and create and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal user base to capture current process workflows, establish baseline metrics, leverage Lean/Six Sigma techniques to identify quantifiable end state improvements, and create candidate roadmap to bridge the gaps between current and end states.
• Evaluating business processes for areas of improvement, defining measurable requirements/outcomes and proposing optimization solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Manage some platform config including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
• Serve as a proxy product owner
• Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Computer Science, Business Systems Analysis, Computer Information Systems or Technology, or in lieu of degree must have a min of 5+ years of progressively complex related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively complex related experience working on an iterative value drive agile development team
• Minimum of 6 years of progressively complex related experience in requirements gathering and elicitation process
• Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and UX/UI design principals
• Proficient in leveraging Lean/Six Sigma processes.
• Experience in planning, presenting and reporting JIRA/Confluence/GIT updates to Senior Leaders/Management
• Background in UI/UX and Web Service Development a plus
