Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Operations team as they support customers across the country.
Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be an eager team player willing to help out and learn. The Customer Support Intern should also be excited about technology in the classroom and the opportunity to provide support to educators and other users of Amplify products.
Responsibilities:
Empathize with users by learning about students and teachers needs and write customer-facing documentation tailored to those audiences
Prioritize work in order to deliver the greatest value to customers
Work with Order Management Coordinators to determine plan and process for support
Perform field searches to help find accounts when provided various forms of caller information
Document and track caller and customer issues
Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of CRM management and search strategies
Available to work part-time during core business hours
High School Diploma
Knowledge of and interest in education technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent writing and communication skills
Friendly â must be comfortable supporting the Operations team by interacting directly with teammates and customers
Diligent work ethic with a desire to expand skill set
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced agile startup environment
Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
