Sales Support Coordinator, Industry & Infrastructure| Overland Park, KS
The Sales Support Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to accelerate their career by working alongside our experienced strategic sales managers (2-3) to provide administrative support throughout the sales cycle. To grow our business, we need to invest in support teams to allow our sale experts more time in front of clients. We are looking for someone with a drive to succeed, excellent communication skills and a passion to delight customers. Sales Support Coordinators are a true extension of our sales team and require strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with an ability to work with other internal departments and prioritization skills.

In this role you will:
• Assist in daily management of sales team’s CRM (SalesForce) software with entering and updating contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities.
• Prepare group detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
• Compile prospect lists/pipeline reports from marketing leads, competition, media/data tools and online research
• Work directly with the accounting department to handle any billing discrepancies and movement of revenue from one month to another.
• Assist with pre-trade show work that entails consist of creating a customer/prospect lists and doing pre-homework on their current spend and research online
• Work directly with customers on scheduling client calls demos/in person meetings along with research for those calls.
• Maintain an organized and accessible library of media kits, decks, sell sheets, etc., for sales team
• Handle travel and other administrative duties for sales team and sales management.
• Generate and analyze client reports (program KPIs) and make recommendations to the sales team on how to improve the program
• Work with Engage and Smart Reach to establish program delivery details and be a point of contact with questions on digital specs.
• Post sales follow-up with customers to ensure larger accounts are taken care of and provide extra level of customer services
• Assist in technical or inventory related RFPs and/or answer reps digital questions.
• Communicate frequently with sales agents, managers, and executives to develop and implement new methods and procedures for increasing sales, promoting brand awareness, encouraging customer loyalty, and expanding market territory.
• Engage with customers daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts.
• Review budget and pricing information as needed to verify accuracy and assess profitability and calculate necessary modifications to meet financial goals.
• Work directly with order entry team on additions and edits to the SalesForce digital to ensure all digital products are ready for sales admin to enter orders. Responsible for loading next year’s new digital dates.
• Attend meetings as required with sales staff, managers, technical personnel, and others to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.

• You have at least two years’ experience in a corporate sales environment
• You are reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
• You are enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
We’d be really impressed if:
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• You have experience with sales tools - SFDC and FatTail experience a plus
• You have experience in a high-volume office
• You are able to multitask and switch focus quickly
