Job Description:
Job Title: Customer Service Project Intern / Service Delivery Intern
Customer Service & Experience Design Department
The Customer Service & Experience Design Department works within the Customer Group supporting our Consumer and PIB businesses to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Included within the service team is the Contact Center Operations Department which is responsible for Training, Quality Assurance, Service Performance (reporting), Systems Support and Service Delivery to support the Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Service Delivery Managers and leadership in identifying and documenting project best practices in the Customer Service & Experience Design department
• Assist Service Delivery Managers with project plan development
• Act as a customer advocate across multiple disciplines and ensure consistent customer experiences are delivered and maintained
• Communicates with Customer Service Management at appropriate intervals within a project for status updates, issues and obstacles and the impact of changes or enhancements requested
• Work cross-functionally with several teams
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc), Confluence and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong people and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a paid internship
