Job Summary:
Responsible for serving as a coordinator between regional and divisional sales, care and service delivery departments by providing sales support for account management, customer escalations, surveys and construction and advanced Business Class products including Hospitality, Metro Ethernet, VoiceEdge and PRI. Works with moderate supervision/guidance.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Coordinates status updates between business customers and other internal departments for orders that have failed installation during a first install attempt and needs construction, for customers that have multiple locations installing at once, and for customer that require more advanced equipment.
-Must be able to maintain a calm attitude under stressful situations
-Focus on always improving the customer experience and understanding good rapport
Core Responsibilities:
• Coordinates project status updates and communication in various tools and systems.
• Launch and close out various tasks related to surveys, premise surveys and construction in order to facilitate a smooth customer order workflow.
• Support Enterprise and Senior Business Account Executives in creation, monitoring and processing of orders.
• Perform a project coordination role for the delivery of advanced products partnering with Tech Ops, Warehouse and Complex Order teams.
• Submit customer credits for referrals, billing errors or executive escalations when needed.
• Coordinate special projects, portfolios, and support readiness testing for new product launches.
• Facilitate mesh and backhaul projects to build business case to optimize construction capital.
• Participate in ongoing training in order to keep up to date on offers, system changes and additional work requirements.
• Support Operations Manager on reports and audits.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Business Class products, promotions and systems.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 2-5 years experience.
