Job Summary:
General Summary:
The Front Gate Tickets Marketing department offers an extensive suite of services to our roster of over 150 Festival clients. In our day-to-day, we leverage Front Gate’s first-party data and our own marketing savvy to manage complimentary and premium digital campaigns, along with editorial and promotional support on behalf of and for our clients. The Creative & Content Intern assists the marketing team in creating and editing marketing collateral, writing editorial content, generating content for Front Gate’s social channels and assisting in managing promotional content and materials. The intern will be an integral part of a small team and in turn will gain incomparable experience in the digital space that powers music festivals.
This is an unpaid internship; students need to be receiving college credit.
Responsibilities:
The Intern will:
• Assist in the creation, development and management of a content calendar
• Help create and publish content for company newsletters, website and social media channels.
• Draft, proofread and edit marketing copy and promotional materials for festival clients
The Intern will gain experience in
• Social Media and Editorial Marketing
• CRM Email Marketing
• Brand Development
• Analytics & Reporting
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:
• Pursuit of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business or related fields
• Savant of major social media platforms
• Image editing (Photoshop) a big plus
• Basic understanding of HTML email design a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness + eagerness to learn a lot on the job quickly
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent organization and time management skills
