Role & Responsibilities
• Act as point of contact for Senior and Executive candidates throughout interview process
• Coordinate interviews and travel specific to Leadership and Executive candidates
• Partner with the VP of Employee Experience and Executive Recruiting Lead to manage and coordinate the Leadership recruiting process from end to end
• Coordinate and manage process for high-touch candidate gifts
• Represent the company with integrity, poise and professionalism
• Partner with VP of Employee Experience and Executive Recruiter to create and implement an interview process that caters to our highest level candidates
• Partner with Executive Assistants and Team Coordinators to ensure a great candidate experience
• Partner with the Executive Recruiting Lead on projects to elevate the team, including market mapping, competitive research, candidate research and knowledge management.
• Partner with the Executive Recruiting Lead on ensuring data integrity and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to identify areas of improvement for the team and make recommendations on a course forward.
• Collaborate closely with the Leadership Recruiting team to build an unique and world-class Leadership recruiting experience.
• Own tasks that will round out the hiring process, such as, but not limited to: candidate reimbursements, data entry and cleansing, processing contracts and POs, etc.
Requirements
• 6+ years work experience or 2+ years work experience plus relevant education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years+ recruiting coordination experience in a high volume environment
• Experience working with Senior and Executive candidates
• Experience working with Executive Assistants
• Ability to use excellent judgement and remain calm under pressure
• You are able to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication
• Ability to create and implement new processes
• Proven ability to collaborate with people across all levels and roles
