Position Summary: Responsible for providing support to the production effort for Instant Products. This support includes receiving of all required deliverables in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate individual/ department while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to demonstrate professional customer service and respond promptly to customer needs (internal and external). An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Job Functions:
• Deliver and process ground packages.
• Deliver consignments, misc. LTL.
• Prepare and schedule LTL outbound packages/ shipments.
• Provide incoming shipment report.
• File paperwork.
• Deliver next day air.
• Corporate Express.
• Process UPS outbound letters and packages.
• Pick up UPS outbound from various areas.
• Investigate all UPS issues.
• Answer incoming receiving phone calls and address issues in a professional manner.
• Receive all incoming paperwork and misc. PO’s.
• Maintain vendor files/ receipts.
• Maintain proper housekeeping.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubber.
• Assist in other areas/ departments as needed.
• Self-motivated.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher.
• UPS Worldship/ Campus Ship knowledge.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Forklift trained and certified (including electric pallet jack).

• Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in group settings.
• Ability to work independently or in large groups.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in a mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
• Excellent computer skills.
