You'll contribute to our mission by:
• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Operating a designated Game while providing excellent salesmanship, spieling, and demonstration of the Game
• Explaining the rules and objectives of the Game to every Guest before they play
• Making change and collecting money from the Guests with an apron or register
• Providing prizes and awards to game winners
• Promoting all Games to the Guests and communicates the on-going specials throughout the park
• Encouraging players while they are playing
• Ensuring visual displays are neat, clean, and full
• Keeping game areas clean and orderly
• Ensuring accountability for cash bank on a daily basis
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
You'll do it with your:
• Ability to pass a math test for cash handling certification
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people
• Sense of fun
• Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
You'll know you're ready if you are:
• Willing to work in a high performance team environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
• 14 years old or older
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
