The Role
As an experienced designer, you know your way around a brand and appreciate the strategy that goes into the creative. Maybe you’ve spent a couple years at a high paced agency, working on a wide range of brands. Or maybe you’ve been in-house - lending a strong design hand to an evolving brand.
You have experience working with marketing teams. You actually love marketing and being part of a great campaign from brief to delivery to data. You are familiar with the usual suspects of assets that go into a campaign and are eager to thing of additional deliverables that might take it to the next level.
Digital design? Check. Print? Why not. UX? Sure thing. Motion Graphics? Oooo!
You understand marketing strategy and brand voice and designs role within it all. You are a fantastic designer if you do say so yourself.
In this role you will:
• Work with senior stakeholders and designers to develop visual communications
• Design for brand marketing - through social, display and various digital outputs.
• Design marketing landing pages and websites. You should have good UX skills - you don’t need to code.
• Support the B2C and B2B design teams with various projects
• Production experience - building out large deliveries of creative (banners, header, etc).
Qualifications:
• Experience working closely with senior management and creative teams. You can communicate your vision and have a strategy that goes with it
• Are a visual problem solver; have the ability to present complex information in a simplified, digestible, delightful way
• You love great design, you follow the current trends and know where it’s heading before it gets there.
• Digital design pro. UX, email, etc.
• Bring enthusiasm to the work, and are confident, inspired, and highly motivated about making a difference
Requirements:
• 3-5 years related professional experience
• Expertise in current design tools including Adobe CC and Sketch
