Job Summary:
Seeking an accomplished Enterprise Marketing Manager with proven ability to deliver impact in Account Based Marketing (ABM). You will help develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and tactics that will drive net new growth and account penetration within Enterprise and vertical segments that directly impact Enterprise sales goals, customer retention, and revenue. This role will partner with Enterprise Marketing, Regional Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Sales Enablement and Enterprise Sales teams to drive the planning and execution of campaigns. We're looking for someone passionate and enthusiastic about creating, implementing, measuring, and reporting on results-based, account based marketing programs. This person needs to have the ability to leverage a data-driven approach to strategy, planning, execution and measurement.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, build, and execute integrated, enterprise Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns/strategies leveraging traditional and emerging tactics
• Manage and track all enterprise marketing metrics to provide an accurate view of campaigns, tactics, results, trends in order to constantly iterate, optimize and improve
• Implement and launch targeted campaigns (by industry, segment, offers, and use case) across the funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rate from lead to customer
• Follow relevant ABM, inbound, and outbound marketing trends and integrate best practices
Core Responsibilities:
• Tracks and manages marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
• Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.
• Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
• Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.
• Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.
• Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
• Develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market.
• Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
• Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
• Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of outbound and inbound marketing experience
• Proven experience in Account Based Marketing
• Strong understanding of market segmentation and personas
• Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation programs of varying complexity (history of defining, implementing, and testing multi-step nurture programs) within a marketing automation solution such as Eloqua
• Strong analytic capability
• Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of and experience with marketing, sales, BI tech stacks (ABM-specific tech stack knowledge is desirable): Salesforce.com (CRM), Eloqua (MAP), Tableau, etc.
