Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to improve company performance through insightful, value-added analysis – assist company in exceeding Budget and Long-Term plan expectations
• Team player with integrity who can build strong, positive working relationships with the FP&A group and management throughout the company
• Analyze financial impact of new initiatives including potential M&A modeling and lead special projects around value creation
• Effectively communicate strategy and financials
• Work on special projects as needed
• Ability to translate goals into well-defined plans and incorporate macroeconomic and industry data where relevant
• Assist with Board presentations and budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts as well as the implementation of new financial systems
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred, but not required
• Highly analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
• At least 8-10 years of related experience
• Collaborates and works well as part of a team while having the ability to discuss/debate challenges
