Digital Product Educator
• Provide post-sale user education and product consultation for customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our digital products and to drive customer loyalty
◦ Conduct virtual and in-person implementation education for educators
◦ Assist customers with implementing digital products into their curriculum through a variety of means, including sharing best practices and current evidence-based practice
• Encourage attendance at regional user events to develop a strong base of satisfied users
• Drive usage of online training and support materials in order to minimize user need for in-person support
• Measure customer satisfaction and drive improvements in customer experience ratings
• Provide product and market feedback to marketing and editorial teams
• Communicate sales opportunities to the sales team
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback and obtain information to be shared with the DPE team
• Other job assignments as needed for the good of the company, as assigned by Director
The ideal candidate is a Master’s prepared Nurse Educator with at least 3 years of experience using digital products in a school of nursing . In addition, the candidate will:
• Demonstrate a high level of understanding and comfort with digital books, electronic health records (EHR), assessment tools, learning management systems, and other instructional technology
• Have nurse education experience, in the classroom and working with students on a regular basis
• Be passionate about the ability of technology to transform education
• Be able to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings and possess strong written communication skills
• Possess a strong customer orientation and the ability to build effective relationships with customers
• Possess strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Have excellent collaboration and cooperation skills
• Be able to work effectively in group settings and reach decisions by consensus
• Be willing and able to travel extensively – up to 60% overnight travel required, and
• Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
