Job Description
The Business Development Project Manager plays a critical role in the implementation of KGW Media Group’s station campaigns and sales-developed community initiatives.
Are you an exceptional time manager? Do you love to work on a variety of complex projects simultaneously? Are your event planning skills awe-inspiring? We are looking for an individual to work alongside our team of dynamic sales professionals and manage timelines and deliverables for our sales development initiatives and projects, including the KGW Great Toy Drive and KGW Great Food Drive.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multi-faceted projects and campaigns, whether custom-created for clients or station-branded with client participation
• Effectively plan and manage campaign deliverables, according to contract agreements
• Implement sales promotions, including proposal preparation, facilitation of production elements, and post-campaign analysis
• Cost tracking for projects through maintenance of detailed accounting spreadsheet
• Create high-impact multimedia sales presentations and collateral for new business development
• Design and produce engaging, informative, well-organized campaign recap presentations
• Manage and implement all station initiative events
• Create and monitor social strategies for station campaigns – working with multiple clients to ensure proper brand representation and key message delivery
• Oversee digital campaign elements associate with projects
• Manage contests and ensure compliance per FCC regulations
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years project management or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Creative problem solving and adaptability to change
• Exceptional client service support
• Familiar with production coordination and scheduling
• Available occasionally for evening/weekend events
