Job Description
KGW is looking for a highly enthusiastic, self-motivated National Sales Coordinator!.If you are a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, KGW Sales wants to talk to you.
What we need:
• Individual will work under the direction of the Major Accounts Manager in performing support for all National Business including political with National Agencies and Rep Firms
• Communicates with rep offices to clear and confirm contracts, notify of program changes, provide make-good offers
• Research discrepancies, maintain pending file, political file and paid programming
• Send out spot times and filing
• Provide other assistance as needed
Job Requirements
What you need:
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail a must
• Ability to work under deadlines and multi task
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Television Traffic Systems a plus
• Experience related to TV sales and terminology preferred
