We’re looking for a Women’s Initiatives Program Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Council team, you will manage women focused diversity initiatives, create strategies, and partner with team members to educate the company. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with teams and individuals across Snap to drive our diversity initiatives forward.
What you’ll do:
• Co-design, implement, and manage all women focused diversity initiatives including Snap’s mentoring programs and employee resource groups across the organization
• Create strategies and metrics for recruiting, retaining, and promoting women at Snap
• Cultivate program allies across the company in support of the initiatives
• Partner with team members to educate and drive strategy around our data driven priorities to build support and sponsorship of various initiatives
• Develop a measurement system to track and analyze the ROI on initiatives related to women
• Strengthen relationships with external and internal partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for women
• Identify data trends and create new tools and reports for our Diversity Business Partners and subject-matter experts to leverage with their clients
• Provide relevant data, analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making related to strategic diversity recruitment and retention efforts, and lead project management to see through to execution
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience in developing women’s leadership or career/professional development programs
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s degree
• Proven track record in implementing diversity related initiatives
• Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external partners
• Organizational and project management experience
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team and cross-functionally
