Director, Sales Planning, Everyday Health Professional
The Director, Sales Planning is a key member of the Professional Sales team and is responsible for managing all pre-sales planning activities. In this position, you are responsible for understanding our pharmaceutical clients’ marketing goals and guiding the development of innovative solutions to accomplish these objectives.
Responsibilities
• Manage and support the sales planning team including training for new team members
• Serve as a main contact point for Sales Strategy, Ad Ops, Account Management, Product, and Sales teams for the development and execution of client campaigns
• Manage the Pre-Sale Insertion Order (IO) / contracting process including review and approval
• Maintain the Professional Pricing Rate Card and develop custom rate cards for specific clients as needed
• Assist VP, Strategy & Planning in making pricing decisions for current and products
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years’ experience. 2-3 years management experience required.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce, Ad Manager, and Prisma experience required. Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
• Positive, up-beat, can-do attitude
