This position will play an integral role in facilitating the growth of the Feld’s Motorsports business around the globe. The candidate will support the International Motorsports team and our partners by providing valuable organizational and infrastructure support.
Essential Job Functions
• Maintain a database of sales tracking spreadsheets, budgets and other key documents for all international MJ engagements.
• In conjunction with Brand Marketing, PR and other relevant parties, ensure key engagement information is disseminated and updated as required.
• Participate in regional team conference calls and other relevant meetings.
• Organize International Motorsports hospitality events such as Monster Jam World Finals and at various international engagements, including the invitation process, scheduling and hospitality requirements.
• Create presentations and proposals as required.
• Schedule and organize internal / external conference calls and meetings. These appointments often involve numerous individuals across various regions / countries / time-zones requiring coordination and follow-up.
• Make arrangements for IMS participation at various industry summits and related events including sponsored receptions, presentations, etc.
• Oversee production process for partner outreach marketing collateral such as newsletters, case studies, etc.
• Manage, maintain and update an information package sent to prospective partners, new promoters, etc.
• Maintain a database of international partners and other key contacts (venues, sponsors, media, etc.)
• Maintain and distribute key documents related to Routing & Tours such as tour routing sheets, truck/driver line-ups and 5-year itinerary sheets as required.
• Maintain a database of international venues capable of hosting a Monster Jam performance along with relevant key information (e.g. management group, capacity, pitch surface, liabilities, etc.)
• Research and maintain a competitive analysis of other similar live touring productions (e.g. Fast & Furious, Nitro Circus, Night of the Jumps, Red-Bull X-Fighters, etc.)
• Document security personnel needs for all dates contracted/under consideration and oversee the related invoicing.
• Assist with various contract related detail/formalities during the engagement contracting process.
• Various administrative duties as needed.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to operate successfully with (from time-to-time) minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on follow through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while demonstrating good judgment on prioritization.
• Successfully operate within a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and focus.
• Flexibility in adapting to various working environments and cultures.
• Demonstrate maturity and good judgment in decision making process.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and written) across all levels.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate conference calls scheduled early morning or late evening.
• Experience in an international work environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Some domestic and international travel.
