JOB DESCRIPTION
FX Networks is seeking a Director of Advertising & Media, to lead the development, implementation, and execution of marketing deliverables tied to direct-to-consumer marketing plans to drive subscription generation. This position will focus on driving awareness and intent for FX+ with correlation to FXNOW usage within performance-driven media. The Director will be responsible for creative development, execution, and analysis of television, online, specialty content, and other efforts to drive product value.
Responsibilities:
• Creative lead in developing marketing materials for subscription generation efforts principally tied to media investments in television, radio, online, digital, outdoor, and print.
• Strategic lead in the development of marketing channels analysis for non-linear engagement (e.g., Conversion Rates, Lifetime Value, Average Revenue per User) with FX programming and products
• Drive the creative development with the design team and external agencies to create digital and A/V creative materials for use in extensive marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with internal product and analytics teams to implement conversion measurement and optimization techniques.
• Create numerous presentations focusing on marketing campaign launches.
• Review and create Campaign Performance Metrics and establish performance benchmarks and KPI’s for the digital executions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6-8 years in marketing for a TV network or TV account at an ad agency. Extensive digital analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with focus on being able to deliver clear and concise direction.
• Extensive analytics and performance media experience preferred.
• Project management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop creative marketing materials.
• Must be proficient in social media digital formats.
