We are searching for an exceptional Business Strategy and Operations Manager to provide strategy and operational support to the Autodesk Education leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will work with business stakeholders to manage strategic projects, operations, and planning to drive next generation awareness, adoption, and affinity for Autodesk.
Responsibilities
• Be a strategic advisor to the Education Leadership team
• Develop business cases, evaluate new business models (e.g., pricing, licensing, support) and subscription offerings
• Provide data insights to understand business performance; provide recommendations that drive affinity, adoption, and conversion
• Provide a holistic perspective of strategy execution; ensure functional program alignment with business objectives
• Analyze competitive activity and industry dynamics
• Develop three-year vision and business plan; define goals, initiatives, and tactics to achieve strategic objectives
• Size and segment market opportunities; define go-to-market and partner strategy to scale our reach and impact
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years management consulting, business operations, or equivalent experience
• M.B.A. or equivalent business experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Critical thinking and problem solving; comfort with ambiguity
• Growth mindset; embraces challenges and desires to learn from setbacks and difficulties
• Strong influencing skills; comfortable negotiating and driving timely decisions
• Demonstrated success formulating strategic direction, skillful negotiation, & implementation
• Financial acumen, including budget responsibility and forecasting
• Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
• Willingness to travel, up to 20%
