Job Description
SALES PLANNING AND INTEGRATION MANAGER
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for driving change and influencing internal and external partners to improve overall business performance.
The Sales Planning and Integration Manager acts as a catalyst and the “glue” to many cross department initiatives within the Ubisoft retail organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple business departments, retailers, and development studios in order to drive the business forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop impactful selling strategies and solutions
• Translate data and other inputs to create selling stories that directly address retail challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve tools, materials, and perspective that can be leveraged to drive greater influence with retailers.
Drive retail planning tools and processes that enable profitable sales growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve retail performance.
• Analyze available data and reports to seek new opportunities to impact the business.
Strengthen retail plans by building access, support & influence with key partners
• Create effective working relationships with key partners to translate their plans into sales materials to influence national business plan.
• Leverage cross-functional team relationships and expertise to more efficiently and effectively execute key retail events.
Communicate, collaborate, and influence
• Gather input from cross-functional partners and effectively represent their position to senior management and external partners.
• Drive for results and gain mindshare for retail initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
• Strong cross functional business acumen…5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, finance, sales, sales planning, or a combination of these roles.
• Experience leading, managing and/or implementing strategic initiatives within a high growth organization.
• Intellectually curious about the video game industry.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking with ability to manage through ambiguity.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional work teams to achieve business objectives and overcome both internal and external barriers
• Organized, with an appreciation for process and project management.
• Experience in the video game or consumer electronics related field a plus, but not required
• Must be detail-oriented and work well in a high pace environment
• MBA preferred, not required.
