Job Title:
Senior Associate Client Services
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fostering client confidence in SapientRazorfish
• Maintain consistent documentation and manage processes to update all internal tools (Oracle, C360, BOX)
• Monitor financial forecast and resolve all discrepancies
• Garnering trust of the internal team through seamless account management
• Liaison with clients on a day-to-day or weekly basis
• Partner with staffing/project management to address open project needs
• Ensuring all deliverables are meeting client expectations
• Working with the delivery team to effectively manage agency capacity and deadlines
• Promoting the expansion of new business with existing clients
• Creating new scopes of work and managing pipeline in SalesForce
GENERAL SKILLS:
• Experience in professional client relationship management
• Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and planning abilities
• A background in consulting, marketing, or technology
• Ability to plan and adeptly lead internal and external meetings
• Effective capabilities working within a team structure
• Budgetary accountability with a keen attention to detail
• Full awareness and adoption of the agency’s services and processes
Education:
Degree or equivalent military experience
