Administrative Assistant, Editorial
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the VP, Content and Executive Director, Content Strategy of Hearst Digital Media. The person must be extremely organized, a self-starter, a fast learner, have an interest in editorial/digital media and be motivated to go above and beyond what is expected.
Administrative responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars
• Coordinate events and trainings for the editorial teams
• Answer phones and direct incoming calls
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations as needed
• Assist with research requests for editorial projects
• Manage expenses via receipt management and expense reports
• Work in cooperation with support staff on miscellaneous projects and events
• Fulfill responsibilities of other assistants as needed
• Responsible for coordinating brand sponsored events for the overall HDM team
