Overview:
Interior Design is looking to hire a Marketing/Events Coordinator to support the Marketing/Events teams with their daily administrative and overall department responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing/Event departments’ activities
• Support Marketing/Event executives in organizing and producing various projects, campaigns and awards submissions
• Gather important data (social media, web analytics, audience etc.), analyze and compile into reports for clients as required
• Assist in organizing/support of events and key marketing programs when necessary
• Update and maintain department spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Help research and prepare brand presentations
• Help produce sales collateral as well as distribute in a timely and cohesive manner.
• Work closely with digital team to ensure timely posting of key company and client events
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience as an assistant
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Ability to work as needed at off-site and after-hour events
