The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment and excel in coordinating multi-variable projects and will have hands-on experience with all aspects of campaign management and demand generation tactics including forecasting goals, establishing timelines, setting expectations and tracking performance for all demand generation activities. As the position will work very closely with multiple levels of management, key business stakeholders and marketing agencies, this position requires a passionate, collaborative, innovative, strategic and smart individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and get the job done.
Job Duties:
• Responsible for developing the marketing plan, lead generation plan and supporting budgets for eFax Corporate, Enterprise segment marketing on an annual basis.
• Develop, manage and track select campaigns for demand generation and awareness building for in support of the Corporate Fax - Enterprise business objectives.
• Build knowledge of customer segment(s) assigned within the enterprise segment such as but not limited to customer journey mapping/sales decision cycle mapping, buyer persona development, segment terminology and message map development for assigned segment(s)
• Serve as overall project manager and liaison for Enterprise demand generation tactics including but not limited to;
◦ Email Marketing campaigns
◦ Search engine marketing
◦ Account based marketing
◦ Direct mail, direct touch campaigns
◦ Nurture and drip campaigns
◦ List purchasing
◦ Media buying with print and online sources
◦ Campaign Analytics
◦ Content syndication
◦ Awareness (online, print, media, etc.)
◦ Social Media
• Develop and manage relationships with marketing agencies and third party marketing vendors.
• Responsible for establishing performance analytics and dashboards, and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
• Developing and maintaining a demand generation marketing calendar.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives, etc.
• Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, media buying and promotional activities as directed.
• Develop and manage customer references and advisory boards
• Develop an understanding of the buying cycle, journey as well as the decision maker and influencers involved within target markets
• Work collaboratively with the Inside and Enterprise Sales teams ensuring effective creation and communication of all marketing campaigns and programs.
Job Requirements and Experience:
• 5+ years of campaign management experience in Inbound Marketing or Internet business in a fast paced B2B environment.
• 7+ years’ experience marketing to business and IT professionals in large organizations
• Must have proven experience in designing, implementing and managing Account Based Marketing programs.
• Well versed in Sirius Decisions Lead Demand Waterfall model
• Demonstrated ability to show lead growth, and pipeline development for enterprise markets.
• Must be well versed in current advertising and SEM trends, best practices, reporting, and maintain knowledge base of future trending.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient to expert experience with Microsoft® Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in providing financial analysis and presenting information.
• Must be well versed in current advertising trends, best practices, reporting, and maintain knowledge base of future trending.
• Proficient to expert experience with Salesforce.com® and Marketing Automation - namely Marketo® ,
• Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools and their use such as Tableau®, Domo® and others.
• Strong understanding of social media channels and ability to leverage them for awareness development.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience. (MBA preferred)
