Seeking an intern in the Animation Feature Casting department of Fox. This position requires an interest in casting and editing. The majority of your duties will involve watching a large volume of footage and pulling actors’ voices from it. The intern will spend time pulling voices and editing together audio and video files. Additional responsibilities include updating and organizing master lists and project lists in Qwire.
Learning Objectives
• Gain a better understanding of the animation casting process within a studio environment
• Walk away having a strong knowledge of talent pool and their agents and managers, both in voice-over and live-action
To qualify, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program:
• Previous experience in casting preferred
• Must be able to handle highly confidential material with the utmost discretion
• Must possess an upbeat, positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
• Must be tech savvy and highly organized
• Proficient with Mac operating systems, iMovie, FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn new applications
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
