Bose Corporation is seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative Process Administrator to help streamline our processes in Design Assurance Engineering (DAE) & Quality Assurance Engineering (QAE).

To help us achieve this mission, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who can assist the teams to perform their work more efficiently & effectively by reducing complexity through transactional process improvements and tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process Administrative Functions:
• Knowledge and experience with Ariba purchase requisitions, expense reports, check requests, time administration, meeting and conference room coordination, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, facilities and security requests, distribution list management, systems permissions, travel arrangements, and space planning is required
• Create high quality communications for the DAE & QAE organization
• Support our FDA documentation process for validation & verification & streamline
• Maintain DAE & QAE employee master list and org charts
• Assist in the planning and facilitation of large continuous improvement events
• Track and update Windchill documents
Other Projects and Functions:
• Streamline communications & protocols
• Help to develop and improve DAE & QAE group SharePoint sites
• Assist with Lean Enterprise visual management activities
• Contribute & lead in process improvement activities
Must have the following skills, abilities and knowledge:
• Lean Six Sigma Experience (including transactional continuous improvement, visual management, 5S, etc.)
• Project management skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Positive, energetic and flexible, with the ability to multitask
• Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and measure progress toward completion
• Expert with SAP and basic Office Suite tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
• Experience with SharePoint, Windchill and Visio a plus
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of administrative and operational support experience.
