Overview
The Product Trainer for Professional Services builds internal or customer facing training documentation and online training content for Professional Services. Working in the training center with other trainers, conducting classroom evaluations, and coaching

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Lead in the delivery, design & development of strong training programs and curriculum
• Develop training documentation (i.e. Guides or How –Tos), as needed
• Observes and audits training classes and evaluates the delivery of the content by the Systems & Technical and Technical Trainers
• Provides coaching and constructive feedback to the trainers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the training programs.
• Ability to produce and deliver training seminars for internal and external customers through local classes, national training events and dealer on-site training.
• Assemble and edit training content videos to ensure they are accurate, timed/synchronized between video/narration/CC, and easy to understand/follow
• Must be able to create and conduct seminars and content in all areas of their specialty and their secondary area of specialization
• Meets with Engineering, Product Marketing, Solutions and Sales Training to ensure coordination of all training delivery initiatives in the training center.
• Facilitates all special requests or projects that will consume national training delivery resources
• Makes recommendations to improve the training operation. Participates in assignment of special projects and or special training events (such as trade shows & Customer events).
• Takes on difficult tasks and works on higher level task assignments. Develops proposals and presentations for course development
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required
• 5-7 years related experience, supervisory experience preferred
• CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), Network+, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and CNA (Certified Network Administrator) preferred
• Able to lift 50lbs and handle complex machine installations and software/workflow integrations
