We’re looking for an experienced and highly-motivated Client Value Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our growing account management team in Chicago. In this role, your primary focus will be to develop engagement strategies and strategic account plans to align client objectives with IAS products and offerings to both retain as well as grow these accounts.
What you’ll do:
• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, goals, and KPIs, acted as a trusted advisor to align IAS products/solutions
• Identify and grow opportunities within existing business and collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure revenue growth attainment
• Present and coordinate ongoing educational programs on IAS products and cutting-edge topics in advertising and technology
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, tagging or other critical and urgent support requests as needed
• Create and deliver QBR's with Director and VP level client and agency
• Collaborate with other account support staff to establish mutually beneficial processes that achieve client goals and increase customer satisfaction
• Deliver tasks highlighted within account plans to deepen the relationship with accounts, drive value incremental to the technology alone, and increase the likelihood of contract renewals
• Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions
What you’ll need:
• 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing account management role in digital media/ad tech, responsible for both account retention, as well as growth/expansion/up-sell
• Technical operations mindset, experience working with data and using data to tell a story/up-sell/create opportunity
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple accounts, solving problems, and driving business results
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients as to how to improve media quality performance
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
