Position Summary
As the Sales Distribution Coordinator, you will coordinate communications between departments within eOne including Marketing, Research, Legal, and other sales offices. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will also provide administrative support and work on sales projects and presentations.
Responsibilities
• Manage calls and schedules, establish, organize and confirm meetings
• Prepare expense reports and travel arrangements
• Maintaining organized files and sales databases for the team across the Americas including but not limited to EVP Distribution, and Director Distribution Latin America
• Perform competitive research and analysis on an as-needed basis to support the Americas sales efforts
• Generate sales research, procuring and confirming content availability reports
• Work with Marketing and Research to create presentation decks and materials for meetings
• Tracking post-sale efforts
• Work on long term sales projects on an as needed basis
Key Competencies
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1+ years’ administrative experience in a fast pace environment
• University degree or College diploma in Marketing or related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Intermediate level in Excel (V-LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pie Charts, Filters, Functions and Formulas)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Communicate clearly and balance the demands of executives at all levels
• Work as part of a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem solver, flexible, high energy and a positive attitude
• Manage tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and follow through
• Strong motivation to learn and solid team player
