Overview and Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst supports the Executive Director, Marketing Finance and Domestic Finance team of the Theatrical Marketing and Distribution Department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Journal entries
• Review and manage monthly open PO report
• Manage credit card payments and reconciliation
• Handles departments allocations
• Assist with audits pulls
• Update and review cost reports weekly
• Assist with cash and expense reporting
• Assist in quarterly budget updates
• Assist in quarterly tax filings
• Assist manage in-house agency costs
• Troubleshoots questions from operations regarding SAP, InvoiceWorks & Vendor Portal
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of Finance/Accounting experience (including internships)
Additional Qualifications
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
