Position Overview
As a Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the support of incoming global business to the Americas that originates from Europe and Asia. As
part of the enhancement of our global service delivery, and the support needed to better serve current customers and gain new business, the Relationship Management Specialist will work with lead sales channels and/or regions to coordinate the overall business strategy and process for all assigned accounts. The main role will be to maintain, strengthen and provide consistent global sales support to grow the business.

Responsibilities
• Collect and prepare relevant information for global bid responses and opportunities for global accounts of Canon channels in the Americas.
• Respond to international inquires and cross-channel collaborations involving global account facilitation.
• Work closely with Canon regional teams in support of the program and develop a good working relationship.
• Take an active/educative role by working closely with Account Executives and their customers on global business opportunities, strategy deployment and deployment (capabilities, competition, contracts, reporting, MPS, presentations, RFP responses, impementation and QBRs).
• Actively be the champion of the program and ensure sales teams have a greater awareness of what the program is capable of doing in support of their accounts and ensure success of the program.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field, International Marketing, International Business or General Marketing. Relevant work experience will be considered.
• Sales and industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Global sales/marketing a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and communication skills are required.
• Familiar with international business cultures and practices
• Familiar with SLAs, RFPs and Bids preferred.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish is required and will be assessed by a language preficiency test.
