ASSOCIATE TALENT COORDINATOR - TEMPORARY
Who We Are:
The Creative Production Team is the secret ingredient for 2K’s video games. We manage outsourcing for all projects across multiple studios, both internal and third-party – finding and hiring the most appropriate vendors, overseeing production pipelines and fluid communication, and delivering content on time and on budget. We love our jobs because we take on the biggest, most exciting challenges with the smartest, most passionate talent in the industry.
What We Need:
Behind the scenes of 2K’s best-sellers is the management of the voiceover and motion capture talent who bring our games to life. Sourcing, scheduling, and paying actors requires a skilled multitasker who loves film and TV as much as they love video games. We want someone who relishes seeking out top talent, working with agents and producers to coordinate shoots, and ensuring full schedule visibility for the team. This is a client-facing job that requires long-term relationship building. If you are a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to collaborate, then we want to meet you!
What You Will Do:
• Assist Talent Coordinator with scheduling and execution of all recording sessions – retain all critical information and provide clarity between all team members and external parties
• Maintain talent agency relationships
• Oversee all talent payment and finance paperwork
• Schedule talent travel and accommodations
• Create, manage, and archive casting materials and auditions
• Manage project tracking database
• Quality control and delivery of assets: audio, video, and other data files
• Support Talent Coordinator with additional daily tasks
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
This is a job that requires vigilant proactivity – we pride ourselves in always taking the initiative and prepare for the project’s needs. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, adept at managing their own time, and an excellent communicator and record keeper. Above all, the ideal candidate must provide steadfast guidance to talent, support to the Talent Coordinator, and outstanding customer service to our partners.
• 1-3 years of production experience, particularly within creative fields: Video Games, Motion Capture, Film, TV, or Commercials
• Highly collaborative and able to communicate gracefully, maintaining partner relationships
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to break down complicated goals into detailed, digestible, and clear content descriptions
• Strong attention to detail, especially with regards to dates and scheduling
• Great enthusiasm for actors – how often do you visit IMDb per day?
