Project Controller

Kantar Added Value is seeking a Project Controller. This position is responsible for being the primary liaison between the Client Service and the Operations teams. Key responsibilities will include coordinating questionnaire changes, programming, data processing and graphics. Managing traffic control of in-coming changes (client information, operations and other vendors) as well as out-going reporting both internally and externally. You will play a vital role in quality control in the areas of questionnaires, programming and reporting.

KEY OUTCOMES
• A qualified individual is expected to be able to quickly understand what it takes to successfully and efficiently move a project through Added Value from start to finish.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate confidence in the areas of self-motivation, teamwork and passion for continual self-development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining full ownership of time management and project coordination in a cross functional capacity.
• Budget maintenance
• Collaboration with data collection/sample providers to set and finalize sample specifications as well as field management concerns including cost/pricing reconciliation.
• Setting up and hosting internal operational kick-off calls and other necessary meetings
• Ensure fieldwork is completed correctly and on time.
CAPABILITIES
• The ideal candidate will have experience in market research or related field
• With a real passion for and understanding of how brands communicate today and the role brands play in people’s lives and the ability to translate this into action.
• Thrives on working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, inspiring others and keen to collaborate and debate to drive thinking further.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and synthesize information in a fast moving/changing environment
• Ability to maintain good time management while prioritizing and delivering against multiple deadlines.
