I. Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
Provide administrative support and production assistance relating to the flow of Premedia materials through the Content Center. Premedia Support Administrator will consistently perform at a level that meets or exceeds performance standards, as established by Sr. Associate Director Premedia Manager.

Support various aspects of the Print Premedia operation. Manage communication between the Premedia staff, internal publication customers, printers, and other stakeholders. Additional duties include prelim planning, check-in of materials and entry to multiple databases, asset gathering, monitoring deadlines, packaging jobs for archiving, performing post-publication tasks, and proofer maintenance/support.

Collaborate with Sr. Associate Premedia Manager to track and report on various aspects of the Premedia operation. Includes daily team update, archiving, printer errors, and image/page volume reports.

Develop, implement, and manage Premedia schedules for print and digital publications and products, ensuring schedules are accurate and up-to-date. Includes inputting schedules into Pub Schedule Database and/or generating schedules from database, updating schedules upon request, and verifying accuracy of specifications (such as page counts) upon job completion.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
High school graduate. Technical trade school training in graphic arts preferred.
Experience:
Understanding of print-specific Premedia Process desired. Able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database entry (Filemaker Pro) preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Show attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well with people at all levels and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Must be highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working under time constraints and pressure to meet changing deadlines.
