Description
The Account Coordinator for Everyday Health will provide administrative support to the territory team, employers and job seekers.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to territory team, employers and job seekers via telephone and email by understanding and resolving needs promptly.
• Assist territory team with product and service delivery to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Educate and assist job seekers on the sites and services using a thorough understanding of the HEALTH eCareers Network.
• Process job postings within acceptable turnaround time, categorizing and formatting appropriately to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Promptly read and address incoming email inquiries from clients and job seekers, responding or delegating to appropriate sales team member.
• Generate requested reports for territory team.
• Participate in team projects as needed.
• Provide customer feedback to appropriate internal department as it relates to our product offering.
• Assist team with identifying sales opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately document and monitor all business leads, opportunities, activities and sales.
Job Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing internally and externally.
• Computer and Internet proficient, including all common internet browsers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Use good judgment, and present thoughts and recommendations to clients, team members and management in a positive and professional manner.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize and complete multiple projects at once.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and innovative thinking.
• Ability to travel to conferences on a limited basis – 1 to 2 times per year. Must represent the company with the highest level of professionalism during off-site conferences.
Required Education and/or Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Material and Equipment Directly Used
Requires the use of office equipment, including laptop computer with docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, fax, copier, and telephone.
