Job Summary
Responsible for revenue and cost assurance reporting and leakage prevention for reciprocal compensation, carrier access billing, and managed modem services. Manages a team of employees who monitor trends, identify and resolve errors, analyze root causes, manage dashboards, and communicate results. Creates new metrics.
Job Description

Assess the probability of revenue and cost leakage and assure leakage occurrence is within tolerance. Investigate, isolate, and resolve leakage issues within defined time limit parameters.
Monitor trends, identify and resolve errors, conduct root cause analysis, and manage dashboards. Develop new reporting models and metrics to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of delivering management reporting.
Maintain timely status communications with stakeholders – project sponsors, organizational functional managers, project team members and cross-functional executive leadership.
Develop and manage system and process integration activities and manage project tasks to ensure deliverable completion on time, within budget and to scope.
Define and document revenue assurance processes, drive continuous improvement via process measurement/metrics and implement workflow.
Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience
• Understanding of telecommunications service technologies
• Understanding of revenue assurance business needs
• Self directed project management and/or business management
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Education
Bachelors or Equivalent in Business
