Manager EU Marketing
Starz has launched STARZPLAY, a film and tv OTT service in UK and DE territories as part of its international, digital expansion. Starz will continue to build direct-to-consumer subscription services and expand into new markets and is currently seeking a data-driven marketing leader to drive subscribers for these EU STARZPLAY services. The Manager, EU Marketing will manage partner marketing plans, localized creative for international markets, and drive user acquisition strategies. It is expected that the Manager will work required hours that optimize time with Europe (starting very early morning and working until
early afternoon).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading marketing strategies and communications with partners, external agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand and directional alignment
• Go-to-market presentations and market analysis, translating audience and regional insights into valuable content recommendations and strategies
• Responsible for the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend to hit subscriber targets
• Working with programming teams to define key stunts and movie promotions throughout territories to define Starz brand in each region
• Reviewing and approving marketing plans and spending from partners
• Oversee creative development for all creative, promotions, and campaigns working with internal and external creative agencies.
• Oversee social content creation and strategy

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Language proficiency in EFIGS a plus
• Minimum five years of digital marketing and display advertising experience
• Fluency of digital creative marketing best practices and product development.
• Experience marketing for cable and/or digital networks
• Experience with 3rd party ad serving platforms, rich media and paid social for desktop and mobile platforms
• Experience producing custom tools and proprietary systems to solve business challenges
• Must have strong communication and project management skills,
• Highly-organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects and stakeholders
• Must be able to work collaboratively cross functionally with diverse, multi-location, multifaceted teams and international partners
• Must be a devoted and loyal team player
