The Role:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. You will provide support to the Recruitment function in various, customer-serving aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the offer process. In this role, you will interact with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates. The Recruitment Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruitment team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Support the recruiting function by posting positions on external websites, scheduling interviews, and manage applicant flow in the Applicant Tracking System
• Distribute employment-related correspondence including applications, forms, and other materials
• Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with respect.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Create and maintain job posting on external job board websites
• Screen resumes on an as-needed basis
The successful candidate will have:
• Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and teamwork
• Outstanding organization skills
• PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• A strong interest in current Talent Acquisition methods and associated technology
