The Global Marketing and Consumer Analytics team at Bose has an exciting new role in our new Customer Analytics team. This role will be working as a Customer Analyst exploring and finding insights from our customer data. This role will support insights for global sales through maintenance of customer KPI’s, including customer feedback measurement and Lifetime Value metrics. This role will also support insights from our personalization programs in marketing with measurement plans and regular insights.
Requires experience with analyzing various customer data sets to provide insights and trends for internal stakeholders. Requires strong collaboration with global sales channels and service as well as marketing. Experience with customer feedback measurement programs and primary customer surveys a plus. Requires ability to reveal customer insights through storytelling and advise marketing on future investments and strategies. Some experience with data science and advanced analytics also a plus.
Key initiatives include:
• Develops and maintains measurement plan for customer KPI’s
• Reports and provides insights on customer KPI metrics including CLV and Customer Feedback Measures (NPS/CSAT)
• Supports measurement plans, results and insights for personalization programs in Global Sales
• Lead analytic and insight work related to Customer Feedback for Global Sales through the use of Qualtrics tools.
• Presents customer measurement to reveal insights and advises marketing on future investments and strategies by exploring customer data and attributes.
• Supports testing in MPE and PCE to ensure tests are appropriately setup and measured
• Supports the discipline of storytelling and insight generation to support all customers.
• Work with Customer Database and Digital site and marketing tools to understand customer pathing.
• Support the connection of digital attribution to customer analytics
• Partner with Visualization and Reporting team on necessary customer dashboards
• Develops ongoing performance metrics that focus on understanding ROI of marketing effectiveness related to marketing personalization
• Partner with CRM team on needed decisioning tools and new use case to build out a customer analytics backlog
• Collaborative partner on advanced analytics work with CDO to make progress against a backlog
CORE COMPETENCIES
Strong analytic skills and story-telling Skills in use of BI tools to analyse relational dataset and BI tools to analyse data sets Ability to present key findings and insights to a business audience. Experience with Digital Site or Marketing tools a plus
Skills
• 6-9 years of marketing or customer analytics
• 3-5 years of BI tools usage
• 3-5 years’ work with marketing analytic testing
• Some Data Science skills a plus
Education Bachelor’s Degree required
