Responsibilities
• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Analyze and propose configurations and other changes within the system per user and/or customer business needs. Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, and, if needed, perform configuration, tests, and roll-outs to business users
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications, and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configure system settings and options, and plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
• Design details of automated systems. Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Information Technology (IT) development team
• Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
• Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications that support an improved customer experience. Test solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and are “fit-for-purpose”
• Present and validate solution with user. Collaborate with Project Manager on tasks related to the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities, including estimation of resource time and costs. Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Determine resources and timeline. Define and implement strategic initiatives across the organization with an overall goal of making it easier for Autodesk and its partners to support increased transactional volume
• Facilitate change management across operational teams and lead employment of new process, policies, and technologies
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field)
• You have 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer systems analyst/consultant-related occupation
• You have 4 years of experience in each of the following skills:
◦ Order-to-cash business processes including inquiry, quotation, standard order, rush order, cash order, pricing procedure, scheduling, shipping and deliveries, invoicing, Bill of Materials (BOM), and stock transfer
◦ Configuring enterprise application structure by interfacing with other modules to define sales organizations, distribution channels, sales offices, sales groups, shipping points, loading points, and transportation points
◦ Installing and configuring new enterprise systems that are customized to the organization’s specific business needs
◦ Creating customer/material master data
◦ Defining sales documentation through item/product proposals, item categories, schedule line categories, quotations, enquiry, orders, and contracts
◦ Shipping and transportation analysis and support, including configuring material determination, availability check, picking, packing, delivery, transportation planning, and scheduling
◦ Pricing procedures, including configuring condition types, condition tables, access sequences, condition records, etc
• You have 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:
◦ Achieving desired result of increasing the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness through collaborative decision making
◦ Providing systems analysis and consulting services, including enhancing, maintaining, and overall project support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
◦ Change management across operational teams, including requirements gathering, preparing functional specifications, user manuals, testing in different environments, and troubleshooting tickets
◦ Operational processes and systems, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), project planning, test strategy and testing planning, test cases, end-user training, and post Go-Live support
◦ Managing multiple priorities, projects, and team resources in a diverse environment
◦ Configuring output controls using output determination for printouts and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for sales orders, delivery notes, and billing documents
◦ Siebel, SAP, and Salesforce (SFDC)
• You have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:
◦ Redis and Postman
◦ Web service design and implementation
◦ Serving as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the IT development team
◦ Consulting with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
◦ Influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications that support an improved customer experience
