• Hit growth targets for app installs, app engagement and bookings/revenue.
• Own mobile measurement and tracking, ensuring data accuracy and flowthrough between our platforms, tools and internal databases.
• Use audience data to build effective campaigns focused on both attracting new guests and re-engaging the existing Airbnb community.
• Support product, data science and design teams in creating a meaningful cross-device user journey. This will include mapping out the mobile user journey and touchpoints, and connecting dots between mobile and desktop to inform overall acquisition and engagement strategy.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 4 years specifically in the mobile space, preferably in consumer tech
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets for mobile acquisition programs.
• Well-versed in overall growth and performance metrics with in-depth understanding of mobile-specific metrics

• A love for solving puzzles and the ability to tease out trends/insights from complex data sets. Expert in excel and proficient using SQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile tracking, measurement and attribution
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work between teams, functions and geographies, with high autonomy and little guidance
