We're looking for a Creative Director, Creative Production to lead a team providing best in class creative thinking, digital creative work, and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as direct line manager for the directors leading the design, engineering and branded content teams
• Ensure delivery of best in class creative work, on time and on budget
• Serve as point of contact between, sellers, producers and clients to make projects run smoothly
• Oversee key relationships with outside creative agencies and freelancers
• Provide creative quality control for ideas and designs
• Manage the day to day output and production of the design, engineering and branded content teams
• Oversee coordination between internal and external to keep projects running smoothly
Qualifications:
• Background and understanding of how strategy drives the creative process - ability to find, translate and use qualitative and quantitative data and analytics into usable insights
• Mastery of the ability to listen to clients and write briefs, and translate client briefs and RFP’s into creative direction for designers, editors, engineers and marketers
• Existing network of specialized creative professionals - designers, editors, shooters, videographers and animators
• Expert at getting the best out of creative teams through ideation, brainstorms and providing clear direction and feedback
• Fluency across digital marketing channels - paid, owned, earned, social and experiential
• Familiarity across multiple creative disciplines - design, creative technology and writing
• Curious and culturally aware
