We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention and improve customer LTV. The individual will oversee lifecycle marketing on platforms (Roku, Apple, Amazon etc), paid reengagement efforts for lapsed customers and partners for landing pages and traffic acquisition. Additionally, this individual will also work with programming, product, ad sales and distribution teams to ensure consistency between outbound messaging and user experience.
This individual is passionate about digital media and not only understands the landscape, but is also determined to have a role in shaping it. Further, with a movie and television library from Sony Pictures and several other major studios, plus a studio developing and distributing the widest range of original series in the space, this individual has a wide range of assets and brands with which to work. With strong experience in OTT platform marketing (Roku, Amazon), this person understands strategies and tactics to drive customer loyalty and LTV. Experience taking lessons from traditional media and applying them to the cross-platform digital media market is a plus. Consumers come first, and knowledge of and passion for the target demographic and a strong data driven background is a must. Furthermore, this individual will oversee the stats and analysis of traffic and usage data related to the program
Responsibilities:
• Partner Marketing: Manage daily partner marketing initiatives and paid advertising for Tier One partners across consoles (PS4, Xbox, etc) and connected TV (Roku, Samsung, etc)
• Establish and oversee strategic marketing partnerships to drive traffic and LTV
• Oversee agency partners for content, creative and landing page development
• Manage data, stats and analysis: collaborate with Sony Pictures Television research department to drive market, audience, and business model analysis; translate insights into strategy and tactics
• Build Crackle into a premier entertainment brand
• Establish and manage brand principles that drive business tactics and decision-making
• Provide strategic input to the product road map and network programming
• Measures of Success: Acquisition and retention metrics, LTV and efficacy of marketing programs (ROI)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of online and offline marketing experience; 5+ years experience at consumer facing, brand-name companies
• Strong experience in lifecycle marketing and paid media in the video, digital, and entertainment space
• Passion for movies, television, and the emerging market for original digital series
• Experience in OTT marketing desired
• Expertise in analyzing data, trends, events
• Experience overseeing paid media campaigns
• Proven ability and flexibility to steer in a market that is changing constantly and rapidly
• Experience managing media relationships with publishers, networks, third party vendors, and agencies
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
• BA/BS in Marketing/Business, or related degree. MBA preferred
