Overview
WGNO and NOLA38 Television, a Tribune Broadcasting owned ABC and CW duopoly, is now accepting applications to find a creative and aggressive team player. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate, persistent and enjoys the sales process.
Responsibilities
• This position requires qualifying potential advertisers by asking tough questions about their business model in order to resolve the client’s marketing challenges.
• Be able to use our entire multi-platform universe to accomplish tasks day in and day out.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Communications, Marketing, Advertising and/or equivalent degree is required but experience in an advertising or media sales environment is preferred.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to drive to get the appointment with owners and decision makers.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
